Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

Every pet is different. Some don't mind the grooming process and some don't want anything to do with it! We don't have an exact time, we let each pet dictate their own grooming process, but we will always give you a heads up so you can be here as soon as your pet is ready!

When should I return to pick up my pet?

Once we complete the service, we will either call or text to notify you that your pet is ready for pick up. If we have not called you, your pet is not ready yet. We ask that you please only show up when we notify you and not before as it stresses your pet out to see you, and it makes it difficult for us to complete the service safely or at all. Additionally, it forces us to speed up the process which can result in injury. Please only arrive after we've notified you your pet is ready.

What happens if I cannot pick up my pet right away?

We are a very small scale shop and ask that you pick up your pet within 30 minutes of notifying you that your pet is ready because we do run out of kennel space quickly. If you are going to be later than an hour and haven't notified us ahead of time, you may incur a late pick up fee or daycare fee. We also cannot take pets out to use the restroom, and we don't want them to have an accident in the kennel and require extra cleaning which could result in a longer stay for them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, checks made out to Jessica Garcia

Do you exclude any breeds?

We do not exclude any breeds, we accept all dogs!
